We discuss the effects of marginalised writers on TV programmes as well as the limits and controls they work under and how a marginalised writer is not a panacea for a problematic series or portrayal. We also discuss the “matriarchy” on Teen Wolf and our problem with being on the sides of the enemies in so many of our programmes.
